Shipping & Delivery

How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two shipping options:
• Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping – via EMS service for orders over $50, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally to most countries, except Asia and select remote areas. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact our customer service team before ordering.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse in Willow Vale directly to your home.
What should I do if no one is home to receive delivery?
Someone must be available to receive the package at the delivery address. We recommend providing a work address or arranging for a neighbour to accept delivery if you won’t be home.
Are there any additional import fees?
Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We carefully package each item to ensure safe delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
